Dear All, We have an Urgent openig for a Volunteer Food Scheduler to schedule for food providers. There are many dates where providers are still needed. If I have not heard from you for this month, please give me a call or send me an email - even if it is to ask to be removed from the food provider volunteer list. Thanks so VERY much to all those who have provided in the past and/or continue to do so as it is so important to feed our clinic volunteers. Also, be vigilant for any others who might be interested in supporting this effort. We can certainly use many more volunteers.

General Clinic food ideas:  casseroles, taco bar, large salads (veggie, fruit, etc.), and fresh breads like banana or zucchini, rolls, brownies, cookies, etc.  Fresh and/or healthy are the things to keep in mind.  

Dental Clinic Food ideas: fresh sandwiches (no onions, please), small veggie plates and misc. finger foods (small bags of chips, cookies, baked goods like cookies/muffins, etc.) are best for them as the volunteers rarely have the opportunity to sit down to eat.  

Remember:

Please be sure to include plastic ware and plates and napkins when providing the meals.
