• Pharmacy Assistance Program (Paperwork for medications from the pharmaceutical companies)
• Lab and X-ray tests at both city hospitals (CICP patients must pay a co-pay)
• TB testing
• Diabetic Clinic
• Podiatry Services
• Occupational Therapy
• Orthopedic Consultation/Surgery(no back)
• Limited Mental Health Services
• Cardiac Care

Services NOT offered

• No Seniors - referred to Senior Clinics
• No Patients with Medicare, Medicaid, VA,  other health insurance coverage, or Peak Vista CHC patients
• No Pre-Natal or Obstetrics - referred to Women's Clinic at Peak Vista CHC
• No Pediatric care - all children referred to Peak Vista Pediatric CHC

Specialty Services

• Prayer with trained prayer volunteers is available for each patient, but offered only if patients sign a prayer request form.
• All prayer volunteers respect patient's private religious experience.
• A recording of the prayer is given to the patient to take home.
• Healing prayer takes place in a quiet and private place.
